◦ WHO Should register? 

The Adviser or Leadership of any Mountlake Terrace high school club that is not listed under the currently registered clubs below.

◦ WHAT is the Club Directory and WHY should a club want to be on it?

TheHawkeye.org has created a centralized location for essential information for students about MTHS. As part of that endeavor, the club information is being streamlined into a set of pages organized into a directory list for easy access for students and staff alike. Because this information is provided directly by the club itself, it becomes a primary source of information about the club for feature coverage in both yearbook and newspaper. This centralized location allows for more natural promotion opportuities

◦ WHEN is this form needed by?

A.S.A.P. – the sooner the better!

◦ WHERE is this directory at?

The resulting page will be part of a larger central source of information for students, called “The Hub” on theHawkeye.org website. Carrie Lee will email the form submitter a link to review resulting page and a QR code to share

◦ HOW do we get a directory page?

Have either adviser or leadership fill out the Google form below ONE TIME ONLY (per school year). This registers the club in the club directory page in The Hub on thehawkeye.org. Once the form is submitted and page has been created, Carrie Lee will reach out to you with the link for you to review the contents, and a QR code for easy sharing.
