Executive ASB creates video to celebrate school memories

MTHS 2019-2020 Memories

The Executive ASB produced a video to honor the memories that the MTHS community has made together over the course of this school year. While students and teachers will not be able to return to the campus for at least the remainder of this school year, the ASB officers wish to emphasize that Terrace’s community bonds are strong enough to overcome the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting school closures.

Executive ASB Public Relations Officer Kai Hinch emphasized that, although the remainder of the school year has been fundamentally altered, he has full confidence that the Terrace community will be able to support each other and overcome this crisis.

“In times like these, people tend to forget the positive,” Hinch said. “We had an amazing first semester, and we still have an amazing second semester to come. It won’t be the same, and that’s obvious. Though these are tough times, we will overcome this challenge. The community needs to know that they are not going through this alone. School isn’t canceled, and the year isn’t over! Stay home, stay safe and we will get through this together!”
